Minutes of the Council Meeting held on Monday 7th September 2026 at North Petherton IBC at 6:30pm.

Minutes
Minutes of the Council Meeting held on Tuesday 21st July 2026 at North Petherton IBC at 6:30pm were amended, then approved and signed by J Broom.
Amendment – S Lawton was present, B Colby was not present.
Matters arising
The dinner made £27 profit.
Correspondence
None received.
Secretary's report
Fixtures up to Christmas have been put on the website. Communication sent to players for start of the season. Open day on 10th October.
Atherley Trial. Time/Date clashes with the BE Presentation dinner. KW to find out if Bristol available in the morning. Once clarified, draw up a poster and forms for delegates (KW)

Still awaiting a response for a couple of friendlies. U25 fixture will need to move again as KW instructed previous change in error. Now clashes with SBA Presentation and Egham.

(Note post meeting) North Petherton have entered the league.
GC to check competition finances as a discussion was held regarding Trophies. G Campbell presented figures but some further clarity required regarding pairs/triples (Action c/fwd)
Individual competition forms sent to Delegates by G Jones and have been put on the website.
G Jones produced historical list of South West Counties League Winners

Request from J Murrell to receive emails en bloc rather than one followed later by another (KW)
