Matters arising
Atherley. Having discussed with various clubs, the proposal is for each club (via club delegate) to submit either one (possibly two) rinks or individuals forward for selection. We will look at getting a trial date sorted, mindful of National competition dates.
This proposal to be presented to the AGM.
Correspondence
Buddy system – this was discussed. It was felt that the delegate should primarily fulfil this role.
Rules update –
Offering dates - this was discussed. Agreed to copy EIBA 5.7 wording into rules. To make it clear, two dates to be offered, one must be a weekend; the other an evening (if mutually agreed this can be played during the daytime).
League points – 4 points for overall win. Incorporate League rules into the main document.
Secretary's report
Devon – South West Counties League
Devon is definitely joining next season. It is rumoured that they will play at Taunton Deane as their base. So we need to review where we play Cornwall in light of this. Having the split venue is not easy. Fixtures need to be spread evenly, if possible. A video meeting is going to be held with all Counties in April where rules, venues etc will be discussed.
Website updates to be completed (Action KW).
Menu forms for the Presentation Dinner have gone out to delegates.

Fixture Secretary's report
Situation is frustrating with lack of responses.
Honiton and Tiverton are happy to have further fixtures.
Put on Affiliation form for clubs to volunteer to host a fixture for next year (Action KW). Taunton & Nailsea volunteered.
Competition Secretary's report
All competitions completed.
Double Rink league – try to spread across the season, if possible. Section A started early. Section B completed within one month. Purnell exited as they couldn’t get players.
Trophies to be engraved. League will need plaques (similar to Top Nine).

The Dinner will be at Oak Manor Golf Club on Tuesday 28th April, 6:30pm for 7pm. Players and partners welcome. KW to invite SCIBA President & partner.
