Minutes of the Council Meeting held on Tuesday 23rd September at North Petherton IBC at 11am were approved then signed by A Midwinter
Matters arising
Re amalgamation – there were webinars held but seems to be no real updates. Webinar info is on the website.

Secretary's report
K Warner reported that she would continue as Secretary for one more year (if wanted) but would be looking for a successor to work together next year to enable a smooth handover.
Some generic SWCIBA pens have been purchased. G Campbell to refund K Warner.
A discussion was held regarding the atherley and whether to have separate selectors & trial. A Midwinter to discuss with other clubs and determine if this should be an AGM proposition.
Treasurer's report
A report is not available as G Campbell has to reset her phone app.

Website is up-to-date. A few still to play by 12th February
League - Please put Home / Away on cards. B section still have not played a game yet.
G Jones to check with Taunton Deane regarding Competition Finals.
Annual Presentation Luncheon
Presentation Luncheon Action JB, JG, DF to research options.
F Hunt brought menu selections with various prices from the Oak Golf Club. It was agreed to try this with a view to checking their availability w/c 27th April or 4th May 2026.
KW to send out info to delegates from Oak Golf Club. Need to come up with two options for selection. F Hunt to check availability of Oak w/c 27th April or 4th May 2026
Kit
Zapkam sample trouser and jacket – optional kit. Nine people have shown interest – with four providing size required. J Glendinning to re-check interest as this seems quite low to go ahead. No stock will be held, price to include shared postal cost. Delivery would be after this season ends. Suggest this be discussed at the AGM.
